Results

I knew that the business wanted to look modern, and have that new feel that reflected their pools. The company was based out of Texas, so I wanted to incorporate their southern sunsets as well. I explored a few options and sent the first round of ideas to the owner.

Round 2 of Revisions

We went back to the modern look and I started to explore a more rectangular icon. I loved the unique typography for the words "Vintage", and we quickly arrived at the creative direction we were looking for.

Final Deliverable

Finally we settled on a beautiful vertical rectangle that references the modern shaped pools that are their signature, with a subtle pool and sunset peaking within.
